International Women's Day at the Sanar Epicenter in Senegal 2008

More than 300 women coming from the 12 villages of the Sanar Epicenter took an active part in an International Women's Day celebration on March 15. In addition, men as well as local authorities participated in this special event.

The theme was "Financing the advocacy of gender equality." It was introduced by a gender equality specialist.
